We are a relatively young company with a holistic “can do” approach, Hallmark Scotland has been providing services to a wide range of customers since 2011 and boasts an enviable technical expertise across a spectrum of food and drink scenarios. Central to our ethos is the principle of sustainable collaboration, which governs our relationship with partner organisations requesting our support and specialist knowledge.
We deliver a wide range of services across the agri food sector. Delivery of Official Controls includes supply of veterinary services to APHA in Scotland and supply of shellfish collection services to Food Standards Scotland.
We provide consultancy services, including audit and training, for example we are an approved level 2, 3 and 4 HACCP training centre, we regularly undertake audit work in various food based entyerprises and have partnered with Scottish Universities and others to explore future opportunities for ensuring food authenticity, provenance and traceability.
We passionately promote and progress the “one health” concept keeping at all times the future needs of businesses to be more productive, more secure and more sustainable at the forefront of our thinking.
